A theft suspect is dead after police say he broke into a southwest Houston condo Friday night.
The Houston Police Department said just before midnight, they got a call about a break-in. At the point when police arrived, they found a man lying down on a flat floor in the 9200 block of Clarewood Drive.
There were different men within the loft when the intruder broke in. Police presume that either the suspect came to burglarize somebody in the house or take something from the condo.
The men within the loft told police they shielded themselves.
The intruder died because of extreme wounds. Police said the suspect may have had a weapon.
The majority of the men were sent to the clinic for wounds.
As of now no charges have been documented. Police say the case will be introduced to a grand jury soon.
